The Sunning Hill experience is a thoughtfully guided journey into The Art of Mindful Living. Our programs aren’t a one-size-fits-all formula—they’re a carefully curated collection of retreats designed to meet different needs, schedules, and intentions.

The Weekend Reset

3 Days / 2 Nights (Friday to Sunday)

In the fast pace of modern life, true rest can feel out of reach. The Weekend Reset is our way of giving it back to you. Designed for high-pressure professionals, busy parents, or anyone carrying the weight of constant connectivity, this 3-day, 2-night retreat offers a focused, restorative journey to help you release stress, regain clarity, and return home feeling balanced and renewed.

From Friday evening to Sunday afternoon, you’ll move through the core practices of The Art of Mindful Living. Our schedule is crafted to create deep restoration without rushing—giving you time to breathe, reflect, and simply be. You’ll learn grounding meditation techniques, wander through the quiet beauty of our 28-acre estate, and take part in expressive arts workshops that awaken creativity and ease tension.

You’ll leave not only rested, but carrying practical tools to bring mindfulness into everyday life. This is your invitation to pause, step away from the noise, and gently reboot your whole system.

The Voyage Within: A 5-Day Holistic Mind, Body & Spirit Retreat

At the heart of this retreat is our guiding philosophy: The Art of Mindful Living—the practice of turning your attention from the constant chatter of the mind toward the vivid, living world of your senses. Here, mindfulness isn’t about emptying the mind; it’s about allowing the present moment to fill you completely. We call this the Five Senses Reboot—a gentle, guided awakening of sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch as gateways to clarity, balance, and inner peace.

For those with limited time who still long for a deep breath and a change of pace, our Mindful Living day retreat offers a complete sanctuary experience—from morning light to evening calm. Each session centers on a unique theme: the quiet contemplation of a tea ceremony, the creative flow of an immersive art therapy workshop, or the gentle renewal of a day spent forest bathing.

This is a concentrated invitation to step out of your routine and into the present moment. You’ll leave with your mind refreshed, your senses reawakened, and your heart carrying a little more ease—an infusion of inspiration and serenity that you can weave into everyday life, without the need for an overnight stay.
