THE SANCTUARY
Where Time Slows,
Life Deepens.
In a world that moves too fast, we invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect—with yourself, with time, and with the quiet stories carried in every beam, stone, and leaf.
For nearly a century, this Georgian manor has stood among old trees, open fields, and quiet woodland paths. Today, its history and landscape offer something increasingly rare: enough space to slow down, notice what is here, and hear your own life more clearly.
Morning mist settles over the grass. Mushrooms appear beneath the dew. Wineberries ripen in their season, rabbits find places to hide, and fireflies illuminate summer nights.
The invitation is simply to experience:
Come here to do less.
Stay long enough to notice more.
Leave feeling more connected.

WHERE HERITAGE MEETS RENEWAL
A Place Given a New Purpose.
Once a private estate, Sunning Hill is beginning a new chapter as a place of shared reflection, renewal, and connection. We are restoring more than a historic house and its surrounding land. We are caring for a place where something within us may also begin to be restored: our capacity to notice, to feel, to listen, and to connect.
The deepest form of restoration is not simply returning a place to what it once was, but allowing it to serve life again.

PARTICIPANT VOICES
What they carried away was not a prescribed answer.
It was a moment of being moved, a new way of seeing themselves, and something they were willing to carry back into life.
It was like an entire week of meditation condensed into a single hour. It allowed us to connect with the art while also returning to our inner selves.

There was no comparison here, no competition. It felt like a reminder: you are enough, just as you are.
